The calls are received directly in 4PS Construct, reducing the number of phone calls per day for your service coordinator drastically. Additionally, you always have an up-to-date overview of the planned and current service orders.
Customers can view the status of their call. Especially if the solution is combined with 4PS Mobile, you can give your customer an exact estimate of the field service employee’s time of arrival.
