4PS Planning

Clearly organised capacity and project planning is an indispensable tool. 4PS offers a graphic planning solution to make efficient planning of small to very large volumes possible. The solution is flexible, intuitive and intelligent. Based on trade association, skills, travelling distance or postcode areas, for instance, the planning can suggest which professional should preferably execute the work order.

 

By setting the correct planning horizon and work order type, you obtain an integral picture, possibly across companies.

 

Once the work orders have been planned, they can be sent to the field engineer digitally quite easily. Any changes to the execution are displayed in the planning in real time, so that the planner can updated if necessary.

Planning your projects with 4PS software means that you use this functionality integrally. The planning is fed from 4PS Construct, and from this planning you can control the field service staff on request.

 

Graphical Resource Planning 

This graphical planning tool is specifically directed towards the working methods of civil engineering companies. The resource planning can be used to quickly and easily plan plant and employees and/or teams.

4PS Graphical Service Planning has been developed for (visual) detail planning. This solution offers direct insight into capacity and availability and enables you to put the two to optimum use. 4PS has developed various planning screens, which are explained below:

 

Gantt Chart | Planning Service Orders
