Along with document storage and management, you can add your own house style to a document with 4PS Construct, and a host of standard templates are available.

All incoming and outgoing documents are stored in a single location, including version management and mutation changes. You can assign documents to the right 4PS Construct processes directly from the Microsoft Office applications or from your Explorer. After you have entered the features and after quick filtering has taken place, retrieving the documents does not take long. It is as simple as it is effective.

The Basis for Collaboration in Projects

Documents can also be accessed via the 4PS Document Portal based on Microsoft SharePoint. From this portal, you grant authorised individuals – whether they belong to your organisation or not – access to the Document Portal, thus realising easily accessible supply chain collaboration.

Thorough estimates are required before a project is realised. This is where our tailor-made estimate software comes in. There are three estimate modules to choose from, each of which is an integral part of 4PS Construct:

The original budget (the defining budget) is fixed and will always apply as the point of departure. Changes in execution are managed with budget adjustments and/or additional or less work. 4PS Construct provides support for all operational, tactical and strategic purchasing processes. The purchasing module has comprehensive possibilities for comparing vendors with each other, generating advisory proposals, looking at stocks and offering you a first means to achieve a positive result.

From the budget, you generate quote requests with the vendors you have chosen. You can cluster purchase requests across the projects and gain a purchase benefit into the bargain. Purchase requests can be digitised with your local standards.

4PS has many standard templates for request letters, thank you letters and reports. Additionally, you can assess vendors on KPIs that you consider relevant. A workflow in 4PS Construct ensures quick and efficient approval (if required) of purchase advice orders.

Minimum Inventory, Maximum Power

Goods received can be included in your stock administration. Many of our customers use barcode scanning to register their stock quickly. All releases and receipts or returns to and from projects can be registered and charged. Your stock administration automatically generates order recommendations based on the minimum stock level.

Inventory Management is fully integrated with, for example, estimates, projects, purchase and finance, providing real-time insight into the material requirement across projects.

Support in Project Construction

The project can be generated from the acquisition phase, in which much data is produced, whether or not at the construction site, and on which you want to have a grip: actual hours, slips, settlement statements, progress levels, prognoses, used materials. Data you want to use for controlling purposes, but how?

Via the Site Manager Form (SMF), the site manager or project manager enters his/her data, after which you have direct insight into the data. This is possible on any device, provided that an internet connection is available. Hours can be entered in different ways: normal hours, overtime hours, leave registration, direct and indirect hours. Functionality is available for each type, and employees can post hours to the right project and the right cost object from any location, either directly in 4PS Construct or via the 4PS Timesheet Portal.

The data you use in your project control are generated in the project construction phase. The 4PS software for construction, installation and infrastructure companies is a great way to track the status of your projects in real time whenever you want.

A Grip on Your Project

4PS software for Project Control is what really matters. The 4PS Project Control module offers you the possibility of getting a 360° overview of one or all of your projects. BIM Integral in Your ERP

It is impossible to imagine our current construction and installation culture without the Building Information Model (BIM). This model is where all the information from the design, construction, management and maintenance phases of a location comes together. In this integral model, the parties involved can collaborate in realising a project.

Thorough Maintenance
